Hospitality widgets for WordPress, without the plugin bloat
Opening hours, PDF menus and enquiry forms on your WordPress restaurant or pub site — added with a single script tag and managed from the Foldout dashboard, not a stack of plugins.

WordPress runs a huge share of hospitality websites, usually with a pile of plugins to maintain. Foldout adds the operational widgets a venue actually needs through one lightweight script tag — so your hours, menu and forms stay current without another plugin to update or break.
How to add widgets to a WordPress site
Add the script tag to your site header
Copy the Foldout snippet from your dashboard and paste it into your theme header — via a header-scripts plugin (e.g. WPCode / Insert Headers and Footers) or your theme's header settings. One line, once.
Drop the widget where you want it
Add a Custom HTML block (or shortcode-style block) to any page or widget area and paste the widget embed code for hours, menu or forms. Place it in the header, footer or mid-page — wherever it belongs.
Manage everything from the dashboard
Change hours, swap a menu PDF or edit a form in Foldout. New WordPress page views update within a minute, with no WordPress login or republish.

Foldout on WordPress — questions
Do I need a plugin to use Foldout on WordPress?
No dedicated plugin is required — Foldout works via a standard script tag plus an embed snippet. You can use a simple header-scripts helper to place the tag, but there's no heavy plugin to install, configure or keep updated.
Will it slow my WordPress site down?
Foldout is a single lightweight script, not a bundle of plugin assets. It loads asynchronously and renders the widgets without dragging down your page speed the way stacking multiple widget plugins can.
Does it work with my WordPress theme?
Yes. The widgets sit inside your existing pages and inherit your fonts and colours, with an appearance panel and custom CSS if you want to fine-tune — so they look native to any theme.
Can my client update the menu without touching WordPress?
Yes — that's the point for agencies. Your client manages hours, menus and forms from the Foldout dashboard. They never log into WordPress, and you stop getting “can you update the menu” emails.
Does it work with Elementor and other page builders?
Yes. If you build with Elementor, use its HTML widget to drop in the embed — see our Elementor guide. The same approach works for Gutenberg, Beaver Builder and classic editor sites.
