Elementor is how a lot of agencies build restaurant and pub sites. Foldout's widgets slot in through Elementor's HTML widget, so the operational parts — hours, menu, forms — stay editable from a dashboard instead of being baked into the design.
How to add widgets to a Elementor site
Add the script tag once
Paste the Foldout snippet into your site header (via your theme header settings or a header-scripts plugin). This loads Foldout everywhere on the site.
Use Elementor's HTML widget
Drag an HTML widget onto the page where you want the widget to appear, then paste the Foldout embed code for hours, menu or forms. Style the surrounding section in Elementor as normal.
Edit content from the dashboard
Update hours, menu PDFs and forms in Foldout — new page views pick up the change within a minute, with no need to re-edit or republish in Elementor.

Foldout on Elementor — questions
How do I embed a widget in Elementor?
Drag Elementor's HTML widget onto your layout and paste the Foldout embed snippet into it. The widget renders inside that block, and you can position and style the surrounding section with Elementor's normal controls.
Do I add the script tag in Elementor or WordPress?
The single script tag goes in the site header (a WordPress/theme-level setting or header-scripts plugin), not inside Elementor. The per-widget embed code is what goes into Elementor's HTML widget.
Will the widgets match my Elementor design?
Yes. Foldout widgets inherit your site's fonts and colours and offer an appearance panel plus custom CSS, so they sit cleanly inside an Elementor-built page rather than looking bolted on.
Can clients update content without Elementor access?
Yes. Clients manage hours, menus and forms from the Foldout dashboard — they never need Elementor or WordPress logins, which keeps your build untouched.
Does this work on any Elementor theme?
Yes — because it's standard HTML embedding plus a header script, it works with Hello Elementor and any other theme you build on.
